I hope you all found a way to keep cool last week. Ian and I did on the Friday and had a lovely time sailing from Ettalong to Palm Beach and back. Ian took the helm and enjoyed it greatly.
I was sorry to miss Toby and Rachel but I have had several members tell me how enthusiastic and interesting their talks were. I know in contacting Toby he found the week amazing.
Don't forget to get a table together for the trivia night 18 March. Lots of fun guaranteed.
This week we will hear from Annette Billington about her life and career. It is always interesting to learn more about our members and the very interesting lives they lead.
Next Friday 24 February, we have a board meeting at DLC, 7:15 to 8:45 am. Any member is welcome to join us. And in the evening we have our walk of the "Kokoda" trail at Concord followed by dinner at Concord RSL. Anytime after 5 pm for the walk and after 7 pm at the RSL. It will be a great night.
