With less than one month to go until the Carols on the Common, t the excitement is mounting! Thank you to the City of Ryde Council and all our wonderful sponsors this year who are making it possible to have a spectacular Carols event. All are listed on the flyer above. Many of our sponsors have been supporting the Carols for years!
Thank you to everyone who has volunteered to help on the day of the event, once again, we have had a great response from club members and the community.
We are still seeking help from friends of our club to assist with some volunteer tasks.
We need volunteers to help letterbox drop the flyers for the Carols in the North Ryde and East Ryde areas from 6 - 12 December. If you regularly walk tin the area and are willing and able to deliver a bundle of flyers please let me know either by email woodmal50@hotmail.com or mobile 0400803417.
We are still in need of some strong, able people to help with the setting up and packing up phases of the event.
These tasks include:
- Morning set up from10am-12pm particularly the fencing around the stage
- Event Pack up: 9pm-12am ( the more people we have for this the earlier we can finish)

The next meeting of the Carols Committee will be on Wednesday 3 December at 7pm at North Ryde RSL Sports Club.
