Dear Rotarians and Friends,
Welcome to the new Rotary year 2025-2026 from 1 July 2025!
I was overwhelmed by our Club Changeover Celebration Dinner with all our friends, community leaders and Rotarians helping us celebrate another successful Rotary year. Congratulations to all the award receivers. With such a high standard of achievement over the past year lead by our Immediate Past President Garry Maloney, it will be a challenge for me as President for this new Rotary year. Our Board of Directors and members will be working together, along with our newest member Nick Martorana, under the Rotary International President's theme for the year “UNITE FOR GOOD”.
We could not have had such a successful year without all the sponsors and supporters of our club. Please check out the
Annual Report for 2024-2025 which is also available on our Club website and see the following weblinks for more photo slides to recap our moments together.

The result from our Bunnings BBQ on 5 July 2025 was great. Thanks to everyone who helped. Often, we have other clubs or organisations enquire about the running of ta Bunnings BBQ. This time we shared some tips with the Rotary Club of Macquire Park reps, Trina and Craig who will be running their first BBQ at Bunnings Pymble on Saturday 19 July.
With the Changeover season upon us, some of our members have attended the a number of Changeover dinners. These include District 9685, the Rotary Club of Ryde, the Rotary Club of Macquarie Park, The Rotary Club of Chatswood International and the Rotary Club of Eastwood Gladesville. We will continue to unite with other Rotary Clubs and collaborate with District for good causes and our local, national and international communities.
On Thursday afternoon 10th July 2025 we held a a special and exciting zoom meeting with the Rotary Club of Berdychiv from Ukraine. It is a new club which started in March 2025 and they would like to work with our club in Australia. Thanks to Club Director Bob Selinger OAM who organised this international connection.
