President-elect Mandy Van, her husband, Ian and I attended our Rotary District Changeover on Saturday 29 June 2024 held at Wentworthville Leagues Club. All the people who had attended our club Changeover the previous night congratulated us on our event and commented on the wonderful results our club has achieved in the last year. It was also an opportunity to see our club’s Exchange Student, Currito, who I sat next to on the night, before he flew back home to Spain on Tuesday. Thank you to everyone who could be at the airport to say farewell to him.
I would like to congratulate Barbara Lee on being a member of the Rotary Club of North Ryde for 20 years on Thursday 4 July. Thank you, Barbara, for your valued contribution to our club over the years.
I am looking forward to seeing everyone who can attend our Zoom meeting on Friday 5 July at 7:30am to discuss plans for the upcoming year for our club.
Thank you,
Regards
Garry
