Appropriately, our last ordinary meeting for the Rotary year helped us to think about the future. Pam helpfully took us back to our earlier visioning process, and we were able to think about where we had come, and where we had yet to go. I found it encouraging and it reminded me of why I like being part of our Club, even though there are some goals which are yet to be attained.
I think that we can look forward to a good year in 2018-19. Let’s all get behind Pam as our incoming President, and work together to make the year one of good fellowship and worthwhile achievement.
We have good reason to celebrate this Friday evening, and to look forward with confidence. And I’m sure that we’ll enjoy ourselves.
