The 2026 North Ryde eFun Run for Youth Mental Health will be held over the week beginning Sunday 17 May until Sunday 24 May inclusive.
We will once again be partnering with the Rotary Clubs of Macquarie Park and Ryde as well as Macquarie University Lifespan Health and Well being Research Centre to raise funds for Youth Mental Health.
KidsXpress may also come onboard as a partner.
Some Events for the week are already planned:
The eFun Run week will commence on Sunday 17 May - more information to come regarding an event to start the week of challenges - possibly a modified 7 Bridges walk!
Macquarie ParkRun will be taken over again on Saturday 23 May at Macquarie University to raise funds for the Lifespan Health and Wellbeing Research Centre and to raise awareness about mental health.
This year our clubs will be putting on a BBQ at the ParkRun to also raise awareness about mental health and Rotary.
We will be asking for volunteers to help on the day at the BBQ from 7am until 11am.
We will complete the eFun Run week on Sunday 24 May with a guided historical walk around Annandale from 10am finishing for lunch at the Tramsheds.
This is a gentle, relaxing way to complete your challenge for the week and learn some interesting facts from our very own Historian Bob Selinger OAM!
If you would like to join in on this walk and add to your kilometres for the week, contact Bob on email peternathan64@gmail. Let him know if you would like to join us for lunch so he can book you in!
