The result of the Bunnings BBQ fundraiser that was held last Saturday 1 November 2025 was:
The club made a profit of $2,464 on the day, another wonderful result for the club.
The club made a profit of $2,464 on the day, another wonderful result for the club.
We sold 75kgs of sausages (906), and 191 drinks. It was another busy day for those involved. We used all the sausages, onions and bread, plus crusts, on the day.

I would like to thank the wonderful team from our club for their continued support and enthusiasm on the day. More helpers would be greatly appreciated.
In particular I would like to thank those that were there for the whole day, from the start at 7am to the clean up and returning items to the North Ryde RSL Club storage after 5pm.
Rob; Mandy; Peter, Bernie.
We also had wonderful support at different times during the day from club members:
Sandeep and Brian.
Plus non-club members:
Ian (Mandy's husband), Seb and Annette Lentini (Seb is a regular helper and this was Annettes initiation into the wonderful world of a Bunnings BBQ), Edith Spalding (our outbound Youth Exchange Student for 2026) and her parents Natasha and Jamie.
The assistance that the non-club members gave was much needed and appreciated as Pam and I had to leave at 10:30 to attend a family function and as I mentioned previously the day was a very busy day.
Thank you all for your help, time and effort in supporting our club.
Regards,
Garry.
