We still need volunteers to help with the Carols on the Common on Sunday 15 December.

Volunteers are required for:
Set up from 10.30a.m.
Pull down at the end of the evening
Bucket Collection
Parking from 4pm
Waste Facilitation throughout the evening.
Final Clean up on Monday morning 16 December.

This year we still  have an issue of waste management which we need to focus on. Ryde Council no longer supply a service to clean up the ground so we need to do all we can to keep the place clean.  We are, once again, hoping that we can achieve this by communicating with patrons and better management of the waste facilities on the day. But we will need volunteers to regularly empty the bins, replace garbage bags in the bins and help move the bins up to the roadside for collection at the end of the event.

The bucket collection and car parking fee will be  raising money for Bush Fire Relief'. The Terry Hills RFS will be attending and helping with the bucket collection as well!

If you have already volunteered, your help is very much appreciated !
