Macquarie University Rotaract Joint Meeting

Last Wednesday, members of our Club met with members of Macquarie University Rotaract, in our first joint meeting of the year.

 

We heard about the projects the Rotaractors are engaged in, including the Human and Hope Association project empowering Cambodians to create a sustainable future for themselves with sewing and education programs. See humanandhopeassociation.org for more information.

 

We talked about our projects, including the North Ryde Fun Run, which they were very enthusiastic about. Emma Lawson volunteered to represent their club on our Organising Committee. 

 

They will take a table as usual at our Trivia night in May so there will be an opportunity for others who missed the meeting to catch up with them then.
