To all supporters,
I hope you and your family are keeping safe and well.
The current situation in Melbourne is a reminder that the COVID-19 crisis is far from over and in some of the most vulnerable countries, the threat of coronavirus is greater than ever.
Right now, 1 in every 97 people worldwide has been forced from their home by conflict or disaster. They’re living away from home – away from its comfort, familiarity and protection.
For them, the pandemic is yet another deadly threat. But our life-saving aid is helping people stay healthy and can help limit the spread of the virus.
Thanks to your support, we have helped nearly 50,000 people in six different countries since March, and we have more projects in development. |
|
| Tarpaulins, tools and rope can be used to create extra space in a home | | Tents provide a private space where families can be together away from others | | Cooking sets can help families stay safe by reducing sharing | |
|
| We have also been providing soap and wash basins in some countries to help families keep their hands clean. But the spread of the virus is speeding up globally. Coronavirus is not over until it's over everywhere. You can help us reach even more vulnerable families under threat and limit the spread. Please donate today and join us in the global fight to beat coronavirus. |
