The 26 Annual Children's Festival - Circus Quirkus will be held at Blacktown Workers Club for thousands of special needs and disadvantaged children. The Rotary Club of Ryde is asking for help to support a group of less fortunate, terminally ill, severely disabled or disadvantaged children from our local area to attend this special event.
